I'm gonna Divo it. I don't know if I'll watch it though. Anyone else?
whome
Last night I thought it was on and I was willing to watch it then, so, yeah, I'll tune in until I can no longer take it. I think they'll lose me at the first commercial break, though.

Not enough alcohol in the world...

I just can't. I give it 2 episodes before it's yanked.

Hell to the naw.

I love how ABC is promoting this show (and Carpoolers) as television for men, but it's about the least masculine show ever. The lead characters are whiny and catty, and the "plot" of the episode is that one of the guys is concerned that his unspeakably hot girlfriend is just using him for sex. Yeah, we can all relate to that.

Of course, I could forgive that as just lame marketing if the show was actually funny, but it wasn't even close.

I've seen worse. I mean, not many worse. But its worst crime was being so boring.

Yeah, I was hoping for so bad it's good, but it was just bad. I lasted 15 minutes but I was doing other stuff while the TV was on.

I feel dirty and ashamed for laughing at a couple of the jokes.

"Keep your penis in your genus" or whatever is laughworthy, so don't feel bad.

Other than that, I agree that it was boring. It's not even that it was actively bad. It was just there. It wasn't funny. It wasn't a commentary on anything. It was just there.

So I guess that's actually better than I expected.

The story line is so lame. The ONLY remarkable thing about it is that they're cavemen who you're watching go through all this mundane shit. And that's just not enough to hold my interest. I zoned out after about minute 2.

The thing that sort of got me was that the thirty second ads had more plot and pay off than the show did. There was no real set up, little explanation for who was who and what was what and it just ended. It actually could have been surprisingly decent, but, like people have said over and over, it was just sort of there. Making it even worse, the actors didn't really seem like they were into it at all and almost looked like they were just doing a run through. Trying to decide whether or not Julie White was supposed to be drunk in her scene was the only thing that interested me.

It isn't good, it isn't awful, but I can't stop watching in the hopes of some massively awful or awesome content. It helps that there's nothing else on. I find it mildly amusing and that seems to be enough.
max power
I agree, there's pretty much nothing else on, so I might as well watch.

The caveman with the glasses makes the show. His permanent grad student status is so true to life.

It seems they decided to take a page out of the Klingon makeup manual for the cavewoman makeup. That chick probably worked as Lursa or B'etor in some Star Trek convention.

I agree. He amuses me. I think this show has a lot going for it. And I, too, keep watching hoping for something really good or really bad. I wonder how this show would be doing if the characters weren't cavemen?
